"I... No sure. They look at me, yes?"
The city streets were as lively as ever. As civilians casually walked about, completing their regular days a sudden unexpected sight began to loom over them, as casual as possible. Many didn't believe their eyes and came to complete stops, others needed to double take, thinking their eyes were playing tricks. What they happened to see wasn't a work of fiction, but a look into a world they otherwise had no idea existed.
"It'll be fine!" a high-pitched voice responded, "You're as normal as everybody here walkin' around."
The US had just come across their first meeting with an ancient and noble native tribe, many unlike any people humanity had ever seen. Their impressive size and physiques were unparalleled to anything but works of fiction, their ability to stay unrevealed to until now was a secret they kept unto themselves, as was why they ultimately decided to step forward into the modern day. An envoy, a younger tribeswoman known as Cha'si, had opted to become an envoy between her tribe and modern society, yet to do so required true step forward into a world unlike any she had seen before.
"I think... They no like me?" The booming voice said in return.
Cha'si, curious as ever found no joy in the "politically correct" ways of broadening herself to this new world, she was far too enthralled by the many things most people take for granted. Instead, she found herself attempting to learn by doing, attempting to become one with this modern life as the people who now walked around her. Yet, her looming size and near-cartoonish figure would always make that difficult, not that she could realize it.
"Trust me, if I looked like you, I'm pretty sure everybody would like me."
As her attempts to live within modern society on her own continued to flop, the gargantuan native would instead find assistance in an unlikely place: almost out of sight. A young woman, Molly would find herself caught up in Cha'sis' attempts to live a normal, modern life. Soon, the cartoonish duo of the small, perky Molly and her massive friend Cha'si would find themselves regularly crossing the city, as Molly bettered her giantess companion on the rights and wrongs the new world she now lived in.
